1910
She was born in Inebolu, Kastamonu.
1932
She graduated from Erenköy All Girls' High School.


1933
When she heard that the Department of Veterinary Medicine in Higher Agricultural College was accepting female boarders, she became the first female student to be enrolled in the department!
1937
She was one of the 10 female students who graduated from this department.
1945
She became a bacteriologist. Among the female graduates, she was the first female veterinarian to start to work in the sector. She worked in Istanbul and Ankara for a brief period of time.


1946
She asked to be transferred to Unye to fight with infectious diseases that were common in Anatolia.
1947
She married her colleague Hasan Tahsin Aydemir and moved to Samsun. She worked at the Veterinary Control and Research Institute in Atakum, Samsun until she retired.
1984
Sabire Aydemir was given the First Female Veterinarian Award by the TBMM during 50th anniversary of the day Turkish women earned the right to elect and be elected.


1991
Sabire Aydemir died in 1991 proving that being a veterinarian is not a man's job and she paved the way for other female veterinarians leaving her mark in history.

2016
She was given the Honorary Award of the Turkish Veterinarian Association.
